Kāinga Ora Apartment Block - Auckland
Located in Auckland, Space Air Services was awarded this project which included heat pump installation of 56 high wall systems, each in its own apartment.
We quoted and won the project and brought it from this stage to full completion and commissioning without a single issue.
Projects like this require planning, schedule keeping and a lot of organisation to keep them within the timeline of the build and to prevent holding up other trades.
With many years of experience of projects this size and bigger Space Air Services was up to the task and executed it with precision and professionalism.
Selwyn village Pool Room - Point Chevalier
Selwyn Village pool room had an existing water chiller system that was over 20 years old. The customer wanted it replacing with a new system that could provide the right heating and cooling requirements for the area.
Space Air Services completed a site visit and within one month had a brand new, top of the range 100% fresh air ducted system installation which met the clients requirements.
We also installed an extract system which was designed to remove the same amount of air from the area as was being supplied to prevent moisture build up and deliver a health environment for all residents whilst they enjoy a swim in the swimming pool.
Barracks apartments - Hobsonville
The Barracks apartments was a project which consisted of 4 ducted system installations. One on each floor of the building, all with fresh air supply throughout.
Space Air Services was awarded this project from a reputable mechanical company and carried out the full air conditioning installation including commissioning.
A great example of the high-end projects that Space Air Services has been lucky enough to be involved in.
The project went off without a hitch and both the mechanical company and the builder were happy with the service we provided.
